Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our technical fabrics and custom gear.

What makes Ripstop fabric different from standard apparel materials?

Ripstop fabrics are engineered with a special reinforcing technique that makes them resistant to tearing and ripping. During weaving, stronger yarns are interwoven at regular intervals in a crosshatch pattern, providing superior durability for high-performance outdoor fashion.

How long does shipping take for custom fabric orders?

Standard orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. For custom-printed fabrics via our Print on Demand service, please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Can I return fabric that has already been cut?

We accept returns on full-yard increments of stock fabric within 30 days of purchase. However, we cannot accept returns on fabrics that have been washed, sewn, or altered by the customer.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for independent designers?

Yes, we offer tiered wholesale discounts for bulk purchases and professional designers. Please contact our support team with your business credentials to apply for a wholesale account.

Are your fabrics waterproof or water-resistant?

We offer a variety of finishes. Our 'DWR' (Durable Water Repellent) fabrics shed light moisture, while our 'Silpoly' or 'PU Coated' fabrics are fully waterproof and suitable for extreme weather gear.

How do I care for garments made with technical synthetic fabrics?

To preserve the technical coatings and integrity of the fibers, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and high-heat ironing.
